What’s Important to Me

I believe you get the best results when you find someone you connect with, someone you can have confidence in and know he or she is working for your best. Take as much time as you need. Kick the tires. Read about what I think is important, and see if we’d be a good fit together. . .

Being Intentional

The odds of hitting your target go up dramatically when you aim at it. Everything we do together has the purpose of helping you effectively aim at the changes you want to see. We’ll evaluate progress throughout and practice ways to use the tools I give you until you feel like you can use them on your own. I’m not happy until you can hit the targets you’re trying for.

Depth of Understanding

I am constantly learning and whatever I’m learning, you’ll get the best, most effective parts of. I love to teach you about how the brain works and about child development. Imagine being able to identify the goals of your child’s behaviors and to be able to deal with that directly. You’ll get results from that understanding!

Empowerment

The people I work with appreciate how they feel empowered to be able to do what they see me do in sessions. My goal is to work myself out of job and empower you to do what I do in your family.

Creativity and Innovation

I love to brainstorm with my clients. Since there is no one-size-fits-all, we constantly collaborate to improve and customize our work together.

Laughter and Fun

I am always pushing families to have more fun and to guard it. Research shows that fun increases family connections, builds resilience against stress, and transmits your values. In sessions, we constantly combine serious with fun.

I'm super enthusiastic about what I do. Why wouldn't I be? It's the coolest job there is!

If that all sounds good to you…let’s get started!
